How I Work

📋 1. Project Analysis

I receive your requirements, files, or ideas — even a rough sketch or an old, worn-out technical drawing — and analyse them to determine the best technical solution.

💻 2. CAD Development

I build or refine the 3D model in professional CAD software, defining every dimension, tolerance, and detail needed for manufacturing.

⚙️ 3. Manufacturing Preparation

I apply Design for Manufacturing principles to every part, then define the production process — from cutting sequence to setup — and develop CAM programs and custom fixtures whenever the job demands it.

📦 4. Delivery & Support

I deliver all the necessary files and provide support throughout the project implementation.

About

I'm a mechanical engineer with over 20 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining, programming, and industrial design — from operating and programming CNC lathes and mills (Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Heidenhain, Selca) to leading a machining department.

Today I focus on turning ideas, sketches, or incomplete data into production-ready designs. I work in Fusion 360 to build 3D models, technical drawings, sheet metal parts, custom fixtures, and composite mold designs — always with manufacturability in mind.

I also program CAM toolpaths for turning and milling, and prepare laser-cutting-ready DXF files. For bent sheet metal parts, I provide dimensioned drawings with bend direction and angles.

For larger projects — like structural steel buildings — I break the engineering down into shop-ready work packages: numbered parts and assemblies (columns, base plates, truss connections), with drawings, DXF files, and a work sheet tailored to each station — laser/plasma, brake press, saw, or the welding and assembly team.
